Walk the Footprint
We measure the existing deck or pad, check the grade, and talk through how you want to use the room.
Design & Written Quote
You choose the roof style, screening, and trim; we price the whole build in writing.
Frame & Roof
Posts, beams, and the roof go up first, so the porch is dry before any screening starts.
Screen & Finish
Mesh is spline-set into every panel, trim and paint are done, and we walk it with you.
